1900
New Jersey
Italian immigrants arrived on Ellis Island and would then spread to other areas close by in the early 1900s, spreading as fat as Downtown Paterson in New Jersey. This area is a part of the first Paterson neighbourhood of Dublin, which was originally an Irish neighbourhood that later became predominantly Italian. Today this area contains a mix of Italian, Peruvian, Argentinian and other ethnicities.
